Bullseye GatesThese terms apply when you download or play Bullseye Gates ("the game"), made by Nowsome ("we", "us"). By playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
1. Who can play
The game is meant for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you and approve any purchases.
2. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game, or use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with how it works, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
3. Coins, bows and other virtual items
Coins, bows, chests and other items in the game are part of the game's content. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything else outside the game, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may change or rebalance virtual items to keep the game fun and fair.
4. In-app purchases
- Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in the game before you buy.
- No Ads, the Starter Pack and special bows are one-time purchases that you can restore on a new device with Settings > Restore Purchases using the same Google account.
- Coin packs are used up when bought and cannot be restored.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy, and nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have by law.
5. Ads
The free game shows ads from Google AdMob. No Ads removes full-screen and banner ads; rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch one. How ads use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your progress
Progress is saved on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost when the game is uninstalled, its data is cleared or a device is lost or reset, but purchases can always be restored as described above.
7. Ownership
The game, including its code, art, music, sounds, names and logos, belongs to Nowsome or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms don't give you any rights to it other than the licence to play.
8. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any part of it, and may update these terms. When the terms change, we'll update the effective date above; continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it fun and running, but we don't promise it will always be available, free of bugs or compatible with every device. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nowsome is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending these terms
You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the game. We may end your licence if you seriously break these terms, for example by cheating or tampering with the game.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, without affecting any consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
