This policy explains what information the Bullseye Gates game for Android ("the game") and this website handle, why, and the choices you have. The game is made by Nowsome ("we", "us"). Bullseye Gates has no accounts: we never ask for your name, email address, phone number or precise location.
1. Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress, coins, unlocked bows, settings and which purchases you own in files on your device. It also keeps a small log of game events (for example, a level finished or an ad shown) on the device. This information is not sent to us, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game.
2. Information handled by the services in the game
Google AdMob (advertising)
The game shows ads from Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob collects information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and app details (model, operating system, language, app version) and how you interact with ads. Depending on the consent you give, ads may be personalised or non-personalised. Learn more in how Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Play (payments)
In-app purchases are paid through Google Play. Google processes your payment details; we never see your card or bank information. See the Google Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat (purchases and ad revenue)
RevenueCat, Inc. checks that purchases are genuine and lets you restore them. For this it receives a random, anonymous ID created by the game, your purchase history and receipts, your device's operating system and app version, your country and IP address. The game also reports ad events to RevenueCat (which ad format was loaded or shown, when, and the revenue it earned) so we can understand how the game earns money. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Unity (game engine)
The game is built with Unity. Unity Technologies may collect crash reports and technical information about your device (such as model, operating system and performance data) to keep the engine working well. See the Unity Player and App User Privacy Policy.
This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for a short time to keep the site secure and running.
3. Why this information is used
- To run the game and keep your progress.
- To show ads, which keep the game free, and to measure them.
- To process, verify and restore purchases.
- To find and fix crashes and to prevent fraud.
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown or information is stored on your device for advertising.
4. Your choices
- Privacy choices: open the game's Settings and tap Privacy Settings to review or change the consent you gave for ads.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Google > Ads, depending on your device).
- No Ads: the No Ads purchase removes interstitial and banner ads. Rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch one.
- Delete your data: uninstalling the game removes everything stored on your device. To ask for information held by RevenueCat to be deleted, email contact@nowsome.mv; because the game has no accounts, please tell us roughly when you made a purchase so we can find it. We delete the records we can identify within 30 days, except where we must keep a purchase record by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or state privacy laws in the United States), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal information, to object to or limit how it is used, and to opt out of personalised advertising. Contact us to make a request. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Data retention
Information on your device stays until you uninstall the game. Google, RevenueCat and Unity keep the information they receive for as long as their own policies allow. Purchase records are kept so that purchases can be restored.
7. Children
Bullseye Gates is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
8. Security
Information sent between the game and the services above is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we choose services that take security seriously.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be noted in the game's store listing.
